Launched as a field-building event with donors and donor ed/donor organizing staff. Evolved into a community of 45+ organizations.

Impact-Driven Philanthropy Collaborative membership grows to include more stakeholders to round out the table.

Members collaborated to define the vision, gaps, and five key strategies to influence change. The intersection of equity and impact was explored.

Became fiscally sponsored project of the Proteus Fund.

Shifted to co-leadership structure.

Members jointly defined IDP as the overlap of equity, effectiveness, & systems change.

Launched Time to Act 2020 focused on racially just donor education in the context of COVID-19.

Formalized Structures

Network membership stakeholder groups, criteria, and term limits were defined with membership co-funding.

A clear set of outcomes were determined.

Collective Action & Funding

Members more formally collaborate on collective action projects to advance aligned mission and vision. Funder-members resource IDPC activities and action.
